Black Pepper

Kampot black pepper delivers a strong and delicate aroma.

It's taste,which can range from intensely spicy to mildly sweet,reveals hints of flower,eucalyptus and mint,very good with meat and cheese and can used with most other dishes.

White Pepper

Kampot white pepper develops an intense bouquet and delicate aroma.

 

This is so strong spicy taste.Tastes very good with fish and also pasta with a cream sauce.

Red Pepper

Harvested when the berry is fully mature on the vine.

Kampot red pepper delivers a powerful and fruity aroma.Not only for soup and pasta,but also it goes very well with ice cream,cookies,cake and fruits.
